The House

The Beach House sleeps 7, in three bedrooms - 2 Queen and 3 single beds. Featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, airconditioning, gas log fire, spa and spacious gardens the Beach House offers relaxing family accommodation all year round – just bring your food and bathers!

Bedrooms

Sleeps 7, in 3 bedrooms - 2 bedrooms with queen beds, the third bedroom with 3 x single beds.  A portacot is also available.  Linen is supplied to all beds and portacot.

Entertainment room

Enjoy 180 degree views of the bay from the comfort of the lounge or on the large balcony across the front.  The perfect place to enjoy a wine and sunset, it features marri floors, kitchenette with granite benchtops, bar fridge, sink, television and tea/coffee making facilities.  Bi-fold doors across the entire west side of the room can be fully opened to enjoy balmy summers nights.  The room is also airconditioned.

Kitchen

Full kitchen facilities, tea towels supplied.

Bathrooms

Downstairs bathroom features a spa bath.  Separate powder room.  Towels and bath mats provided, however we request that these not be taken to the beach.  Upstairs bathroom includes a shower, vanity (with granite benchtop) and toilet.

Table to seat 6, gas heater.

Lounge room

Television, DVD, VCR, airconditioned, gas log fire.

Car parking

Double lock up garage with remote.
