Tariffs

Effective 1 July - 2011

December - January:	$1500 per week or $250 per night.
Nov, Feb - April*:	$1150 per week or $200 per night.
May - August**:	$975 per week or $175 per night.
Sept - Oct**:	$1050 per week or $185 per night.

* Easter weekend – $230 per night (Good Friday to Easter Monday).

** Long weekends – $200 per night (Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

We offer a 15% discount on stays that commence within 14 days of the booking date.

Minimum 3 night stay, however shorter stays may be negotiable. Long term rates negotiable.
All bookings accepted are subject to our standard terms and conditions of letting.

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am.

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff will be required to secure any booking, unless otherwise arranged. The balance is due for payment two weeks before arrival date. However, in the busy holiday season bookings for the December and January periods, the final balance is payable four weeks before arrival.

We charge a security bond of $300 which can be paid by cash at time of booking. Alternatively guests can provide credit card details whichwill be held until the end of the stay.
