Tariffs

Effective 1 June - 2010

December - January:	$1500 per week or $250 per night.
Nov, Feb - April*:	$1100 per week or $190 per night.
May - August:	$950 per week or $165 per night.
Sept - Oct:	$1000 per week or $175 per night.

* Easter weekend – Good Friday to Easter Monday $200 per night.

We offer a 15% discount on stays that commence within 14 days of the booking date.

Minimum 3 night stay, however shorter stays may be negotiable. Long term rates negotiable.
All bookings accepted are subject to our standard terms and conditions
of letting.

Check in time is 2pm and check out is 10am.

A deposit of 25% of the total tariff will be required to secure any booking, unless otherwise arranged. The balance is due for payment two weeks before arrival date. However, in the busy holiday season bookings for the December and January periods, the final balance is payable four weeks before arrival.

We charge a security bond of $300 which can be paid by cash at time of booking. Alternatively guests can provide credit card details which will be held until the end of the stay.
